Vivek(Sri) is living along with Libu, Chitti and Venkat Rao in Ameerpet hostel and they came from different places in the search of jobs. Vivek wants to become an actor. He tries to achieve his goal but become fail. On the other side, Libu and Chitti want to test their luck as software engineers whereas Venkat Rao to speak English fluently.

In the same way, Vennela (Ashwini), Sonia(Eesha), Mamata and Priya stay in a ladies hostel. Maruthi directed movies like E Rojullo, and Bus Stop had a lot of impact on Ameerpet Lo movie. Before delivering a message to the audience, the makers injected some routine A grade stuff into the audience. However, the film kept on track within no time. Overall Ameerpet Lo is a youthful entertainer movie. The director tries to represent the hostel life of youths.

Emotions in the movie are handled well. The plus points of the movie are freshness, casting, performances, entertainment, and direction. Sri emerged successful in highlighting the attractions and distractions among youngsters and how the youth finally overcame their weaknesses. The first half goes at a good pace with youthful tinge like romance, few jokes, etc. Interval twist is OK but second half becomes too sentimental loaded with emotions. Sri’s story, screenplay, and direction are just routine.
