Gunturodu Movie Review:

Movie starts off with Megastar Chiranjeevi voice over , introducing childhood Kanna ( Manchu Manoj ) character. Like many other films hero (Kanna) is a jobless youth. His dad ( Rajendra Prasad ) tries to find a suitable girl for him. He is very aggressive. Kanna falls in love with Pragya Jaiswal , tries to change his aggressive attitude to appease her.

Interval rain fight, counter challenge to villain appeal to masses. Manoj’s ferocious dialogues from police station cell , warning villain give goosebumps to the mass audience. Some fun romantic scenes featuring Manoj and Pragya worked out very well. Dialogues are quite good.

Positive Points:

  • Manoj Dialogue Delivery
  • Second Half
  • Fights and challenges

Negative Points:

  • Routine Story
  • Lack of Comedy
  • Poor Narration

All India Roundup Rating: 2.5/5

Final Verdict:

Gunturodu first half is mediocre and the second half is slightly better. Overall, this movie is watchable for the mass audience.
