Kailash Kher Records Birdsong for Film 2.0
Recently released Rajnikant’s Kaala has brought him a lot of praising for his performance. The film has done phenomenal 130 crores since its release and is growing.
However, there is a constant delay in his upcoming film 2.0. According to the news Kailash Kher records birdsong for 2.0.
The film was set to be released last year has now been postponed to next year. As per reports, the production process of the film is taking more time than expected and thus has pushed the release date even further.
Recently, composer AR Rahman who has released two songs from 2.0, has recorded a new song about birds for the Hindi version of 2.0. For the vocals, he has roped in Bollywood singer Kailash Kher.
Singer took it to social media and reported this by twisting.
“Recorded a beautiful bird song. Composed by the only @arrahman for movie #robot2 #chennai #panchathan #musictemple in another super talented #singer #lyricist #amitabhbhattacharya Jadugaro Ka Adda.
Tamil version of the song is titled Pullinangal. It’s the same song which was released with the audio launch of the film. Vocals are done by Bamba Bakiya and AR Rahman’s son AR Ameen.
Currently, Rajnikant is working on a film which is yet to be titled, with Karthik Subbaraj in Dehradun. Sun Pictures do production. Anirudh Ravichander has been finalised to compose music for the film.
A recent report in DNA stated, “The 2.0 team had to majorly work on the VFX because they weren’t entirely happy with the first copy. That’s also the reason they haven’t released any promo officially. But they are eyeing the Republic Day weekend next year,”
Earlier it was speculations that 2.0 would clash with Akshay Kumar’s Gold. But now since its delay, rumours are that it may conflict with Hritik upcoming film Super 30.
However, no official statement has been in this regards.
The constant delay in the film has made the audience a bit irritated though, and people are not happy about the continuous postponing of the film. We hope the production process gets completed soon and movie hits the theatres.
