Paresh Rawal on His Upcoming Film Modi

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has a very inspiring life. From a teal seller to the prime minister of India. The journey is inspirational and motivational. That’s what the makers of upcoming film Narendra Modi, which will be a biopic of Prime minister are planning to showcase. The lead role playing actor Paresh Rawal on his forthcoming film Modi said. No one else could have had to pull off the role.

According to the actor, he told the Daily, the biopic of Prime Minister is his most ambitious project. And “a huge responsibility” according to the actor.

Later on, the actor added, “Let me assure you nobody else can pull off Narendra Modi’s role. I am sure you all will enjoy my performance, wait and watch,” he said.

Some reports claim that Rawal will also be producing the film, although there is no official confirmation on the same. “The script has been finalised, and I’m happy with the way it’s been written. We are going on floors in September,” the actor revealed.

Previously in another interview actor said about a biopic being made on his life,

“Har aadmi ke life mein drama hota hai aur woh sufficient hota hai ek film ke liye but patanai. I can’t pin point ke ye aadmi mera role play kar sakta hai. Jo acche actor hain unmein se koi ek kare ye meri khwaish rahegi.”

(Every person’s life has enough drama to be translated into a movie but I can’t say the same about myself. I don’t have any actor’s name in mind in particular. But, I would want a good actor to play it for sure.)

Apart from a fine actor, he is a very humble and down to earth man who has played roles like Babu Rao in Hera Pheri and Kanji Lalji Mehta in Oh My God!. Two opposite part played by him so efficiently and correctly that one would doubt if its the same man.

And now after playing the role of Sanjay Dutt’s father in recent upcoming film Sanu recently he confirmed that he would be playing the role of Narendra Modi in his biopic.
