Prabhas Upcoming Film Saaho’s Fight Sequence Took 100 Days for Preparation

A fight sequence of Prabhas upcoming film Saaho took around 100 days to prepare everything to shoot a perfect fight scene. It has also become one of the most extended shooted fight scenes in both whole film industry.

 

 

 

Saaho is one of the most significant ongoing projects of south cinema. After the success of Baahubali Prabhas is currently shooting for this upcoming movie. Saaho is a Sci-Fi action film which is directed by Sujeeth under UV Creations production. Saaho is starring Prabhas, Shraddha Kapoor, Neil Nitin Mukesh, Evelyn Sharma and many more. This film will be also Shraddha Kapoor’s debut project of South Cinema.

 

Madhie who is a cinematographer of the film revealed to media that the fight sequence took around 20 days to shoot and also took additional 100 days for preparation of stunts and fight sequence. He told to media that Kenny Bates is working on action sequences of this film, Kenny Bates is the Hollywood action choreographer, and it is his most challenging project to date.

 

 

Madhie said, “Working alongside Kenny Bates for a giant action sequence involved a lot of preparation and detailed planning. From camera angles, to lighting, camera placements and using different cameras for certain scenes, we have constantly been discussing, innovating and collaborating,”.

 

This film is in headlines before its release. The whole team of the film is well chosen and are perfect in their fields. Madhie said to media, “My 80-member camera team along with Hollywood action choreographer Kenny Bates’ action team of over 120 people, worked side by side to plan and prep for the shoot. After that, we did a complete test shoot of camera placements, movements, and angles on locations, for around 8 days. Only after the test shoot was done, did we go in for the actual action shoot involving Prabhas and others, which lasted for 20 days on live locations in Abu Dhabi.”

 

 

Filmmakers of Saaho had not yet announced the release date for the film, but some reports are saying that it will be going to be released in January 2019 near the Makar Sankranti. The release date of the film is not officially confirmed, and makers will make an announcement soon regarding the same.
