Sammy 2 Trailer Review | Trailer Launched on 2nd June

Trailer of Sammy’s sequel Sammy 2 has come out on 2nd June, and it looks like the movie will be full of action scenes and love story. Directed by Hari and starring Vikram who will be playing a character of a cop is produced by Shibu Thameens of Thameens Films.

The first look was released on May 17th. The first part which was published in 2003 was a blockbuster hit on box office.
Bobby Simha will be playing the role of Villan and actor Kota Srinivasa Rao is playing the part of the lead character.

Saamy was remade in Telugu in 2004 as Lakshmi Narasimha. It was also remade in Bengali as Barood (2004), Ayya (2005) in Kannada and as Policegiri (2013) in Hindi starring Sanjay Dutt and Prachi Desai.

Vikram’s last collaboration with Hari was in movie Arul which came out in 2004 which makes it the reunion movie of both after an extended period.

The 2 minutes trailer looks jam-packed with action scenes, bodies flying everywhere with blood as well, cars blasting off. Also a hint of a love story which quickly transforms back into action scenes. It looks like the lead character is saving the girl.

With car drifting upon entry of the hero and he doesn’t care about anything attitude. Fearless expression, him loading a gun and then shooting it. Some hand to hand combat as well as gunfights.

I think its fair to say that the movie is fully packed with action scenes with honestly does looks a bit overdone.
However, the movie seems energetic.

It’s evident that the movie has high expectations from the audience and critic as it’s prequel was outstanding, and it’s reunion of Vikram and Hari after a very long period.

However only time will tell how accurately the movie does on box office because these days impressing audience has become way more difficult from before and overdone action scenes and too much fight scenes bring down the interest of audience according to recent reactions to many action movies like this.

However, we wish the best for the movie and hope it does fantastic on box office.
