A man from Texas, USA, has been jailed by the authorities for killing his girlfriend’s puppy in a park.

This is the same man who was accused a couple of months ago of forcing an 8-year-old girl to have intercourse with a dog.

23-year-old Matthew Miser, who is from Texas, has been arrested 25 times for different charges before he was jailed for killing a Miniature Australian Shepherd of his girlfriend.

The criminal has been sentenced to spend 4 years in jail for the killing of the puppy.

Reports suggest that the incident happened in Iowa Park, Texas.

Miser was also sentenced for ID fraud after he was found of using a former employee’s credit card.

A couple of months before this, Miser was arrested by the authorities after an 8-year-old girl came forward and said that she was forced to having intercourse with a dog 1 year before.

The girl, who was not named, also said that Miser touched her private parts and forced her to do something bad with a dog.

He was arrested for indecency with a child and bestiality.

As a result, he was held in Wichita County Jail in lieu of a $200,000 bond.

On June 22, 2020, Miser turned himself in after killing his girlfriend’s dog to death.

On June 5, 2020, Miser called the Iowa Park Police and said that he has 2 puncture wounds on his right hand as a result of Gracie’s attack.

Gracie was the dog of his girlfriend.

When the authorities arrived at the scene, the dog was unresponsive.

A vet said that the dog had severe bruising on 5 different parts of her abdomen.

The vet said that the trauma was consistent to be linked with kicking.

The report from the vet said: “Gracie’s’ injuries and cause of death are consistent with blunt force trauma and/or abuse.”

The girlfriend of Miser said that she left her pet dog with him when she was running some errands.

The girlfriend, who was not identified due to legal reasons, said that she had to rush back to the scene when Miser called her to tell her that he was about to beat the dog.

Miser also told her in the call that he was kicking the dog.

Here are some of the arrests and charges he has faced before he was jailed:

• aggravated assault
• three counts of burglary
• three counts of drug possession
• three counts of theft
• three counts of unlawful possession of a firearm
• violation of a protective order

The trial about the abuse that he carried out to the girl has not been set, said official reports.
