The Memphis Police announced that they have arrested 3 men that were involved in the rape of a 13-year-old girl.

The incident reportedly happened at a Whitehaven Apartment Complex in Memphis, Tennessee.

According to the affidavit, the rape happened on April 3, 2020, at an apartment complex that is located on Whitaker Driver.

According to the report, Allen Dixon, one of the men, called the 13-year-old girl to the top of the steps of the complex so she could meet other men that she knew.

Elijah Johnson, the second person, grabbed the 13-year-old and held her by the arms while Dixon raped her.

The report states that a 14-year-old witness heard the girl screaming and tried to get to the top of the steps.

Eric Hughes, the third man, tried to stop the 14-year-old from getting through, however, he failed and got through.

The witness told the police that after they got through, they saw Dixon and Johnson pulling up their pants.

Dixon and Johnson are both facing aggravated rape charges.

Hughes is facing the facilitation of aggravated rape charges.

All 3 members will have a video arraignment on April 13, 2020.
