Former Thai Boxing Champion Dies After Being Bitten By Giant Centipede

A former Thai boxing champion has passed away after he was bitten by a massive centipede, said reports that were published on the internet.

52-year-old Dokmaipa Por Pongsawang suffered complications after he suffered a bite from a giant centipede in Thailand.

Jiraporn Moonkaset, the daughter of the Thai Boxing Champ, said that their father was bitten on the left leg by a giant centipede.

However, the father did not seek medical treatment for the wound that he got.

He ended up getting seriously ill.

When rushed to the hospital, he had chills, was dizzy, and was progressing into a full coma.

Another factor that caused his death was the fact that he had Diabetes.

Doctors said that diabetes caused more complications and ended up causing death for the boxing champ.

Dokmaipa passed away at the Kalasin Hospital due to sever blood infection.

Pramuan Thaingamsilp, the director of the Kalasin Hospital, said that the boxer had developed severe blood infection.

Dokmaipa became a Muay Thai Boxer when he was just 9 years old.

He is also known as the “Powerful Southpaw” in the country because of his amazing southpaw skills.

The Thai boxer retired from fighting in 1qq996and became a coach then bodyguard in Macau.
