Heartless Motorist Drags Motionless Dog Behind Him Down A Road In Columbia
A viral video on social media shows a cruel and heartless motorist dragging a dog behind him down a road.
According to reports, the incident happened in the central region of Casanare in Columbia.
The video of the incident was shared on Twitter, where it caught the attention of social media users.

The video shows the biker riding along the road with a lifeless dog tied to his motorcycle behind him.
The creature did not move through the incident.
It is not known if the dog was dead when it was being dragged by the cruel owner.
The Casanare Police Department has since confirmed that the incident happened.
The police have also launched an investigation for the heartless incident.
