Christmas is loved by everyone, thanks to the presents they receive and the good food that they get to enjoy. But one greedy pooch from South Ayrshire took away the food from his family.

David Barrett, from Prestwick, South Ayrshire, realized that Bubba, his pooch, sneaked into their kitchen and secretly ate the whole turkey bird.

When David realized everything, it was already too late.

David saw Bubba bloated on the floor, failing to move after consuming the entire turkey bird that was meant for the family.

Bubba, a Chi Apso mix, left a tiny piece of the Christmas Dinner for the Barrett’s.

David shared the entire incident on Twitter, where his tweet went viral right away.

David said, “No chance has my silly dog scranned the whole turkey for tomorrow.”

Barrett then added a picture of Bubba lying on the floor, along with a caption of: “There’s the culprit; she can’t move.”

Fortunately, the Christmas dinner was saved when the family got a new turkey thanks to the relatives.

David said, “It was a turkey breast and mum cooked everything and sat it on the bottom tier of a two-tier table and put tin foil and a dish cloth over it.”

David added, “She just couldn’t move. It was pretty big, a whole turkey breast. My aunt had two turkeys so we got one of hers.”

Bubba, the pooch who ate the turkey, is now on a diet.
