An 18-year-old high-school student from Miami was arrested for trying to do an “RKO” on his school principal.

18-year-old Gianny Sosa was arrested after performing an “RKO” move on the principal of the Miami South Ridge High-School.

The principal of the school informed the police that Sosa assaulted him in the second-floor of the high school’s hallway.

The “RKO” is a famous wrestling move that is performed by Randy Keith Orton, a famous wrestler for WWE.

The move involves grabbing an opponent by the neck and jumping into the air and diving the head onto the floor.

The police were brought in and the 18-year-old student was arrested by the police for assaulting the principal.

The brother and sister of Sosa said their sibling was playing around and shouldn’t have been arrested by the police.

Humberto Miret, the principal of the Miami South Ridge High-School, won last year as the principal of the year.

Sosa was arrested with battery on a school employee and interfering with an educational institution.

In the court hearing, the attorney of Sosa said, “He should have been placed in detention and not arrested.”

The judge found a probable cause for the charge and gave him pre-trial services.

The family of Sosa said the charges were too severe for such a small act.

Mike Sosa, the brother of the accused said, “It feels like he’s being charged with something he does not deserve. My brother is a nice guy and all he wanted was play around and make people feel happy about themselves. This could not have been violent move. I mean he weighs 135 pounds and there is no way he could have done this sort of move you see on WWE.”

He added, “My brother is not the type of guy who goes out like this and is not a thug on the streets.”

The Office of Communications for Miami-Dade Schools released a statement about the incident.

The statement said, “Miami-Dade County Public Schools works diligently to cultivate a safe learning and working environment for students and staff. It’s unfortunate that anyone would instigate a situation for self-promotion that could bring harm to others. Instances of disruptive and threatening behavior will be handled swiftly and result in severe consequences.”

The statement added, “In addition to an arrest, the student’s lack of judgment will result in disciplinary actions in accordance with our Code of Student Conduct.”
