Tennessee Man Appearing In Court On Marijuana Charge Lights Up Joint In Front Of Judge

A Tennessee man that was appearing in court to discuss possession of marijuana charge decided to light up a marijuana joint in front of the judge.

It looks like he wanted to get high with the law.

Spencer Boston, the 20-year-old Tennessee man, appeared before a judge this week to discuss possession of marijuana charge when he reached to his pocket to bring out a joint, which he later light up in front of the judge.

Talking about the incident, Robert Bryan, the Sheriff of the Wilson County, said this was one of the craziest things he had ever seen in his life.

Boston, who loves weed, was approaching the bench on January 27, 2020, when he reached into his pocket to pull out a joint and light it up in front of the judge.

He did this as he talked about how marijuana should be legal in Tennessee.

After lighting up the joint, Boston was led out of the room as the room got filled with marijuana smoke.

20-year-old Spencer Boston was booked into jail.

The 20-year-old marijuana lover was charged with contempt of court, disorderly conduct, and simple possession of drugs.

The judge of the court did not release a statement about the incident.

The joint that Boston smoked was seized for proof of the crime.
