7-Year-Old Boy Risks Own Life To Pull Baby Sister Out Of Burning House By Getting Inside Through Window

A brave 7-year-old boy managed to pull out his baby sister during a house fire and he is all over the internet right now.

According to reports the boy pulled out his baby sister after his father, who is a former firefighter, lifted him through a window.

Eli Davidson is being hailed as a hero after they rescued their 22-month-old sibling from a devastating blaze in New Tazewell.

The incident happened in Tennessee, USA.

Nicole Davidson, the mother of Eli, said she woke up in the middle of the night as smoke and flames engulfed the entire house.

During an interview with the local news, the woman said that she and her husband Chris, who are both firefighters, sprang into action.

The woman said:

He grabbed the fire extinguisher trying to buy me time to get the kids, and I grabbed the boys because they were closest to the fire.

The woman said that the flames in the living room prevented her from reaching the bedroom, where their 22-month-old daughter was sleeping.

After the parents and 2 sons made it out safely, she and her husband gave Eli a boost so he could enter the bedroom through a window.

Recalling the incident, Eli said:

Dad busted the window and then I said, ‘I can’t do it,’ like two times, and then I said, ‘I got her dad and when we went down there I said ‘I was scared but I didn’t want my sister to die’.

Eli managed to get inside the bedroom and grab his baby sister, who was inside her crib.

No one was hurt in the fire, but the home of the family got destroyed completely.
