US President Donald Trump believes in abortion when it comes to incest, or when a pregnant mother’s life is in danger, and rape

Recently, the President of the United States, Donald Trump shared his views on abortion and added that his views are similar to Ronald Reagan’s.

Donald Trump tweeted, “As most people know, and for those who would like to know, I am strongly pro-life, with the three exceptions – rape, incest and protecting the life of the mother – the same position taken by Ronald Reagan.”

Donald Trump shared his views on the recently paced ban on abortion in Alabama, the rule was passed by the Republican State Government.

Alabama has banned abortion, but the procedure will be legal if there is a “serious health risk” to the mother. In cases like incest or rape, the procedure will be illegal and anyone who performs the procedure can face life imprisonment.

The president added, “We have come very far in the last two years with 105 wonderful new federal judges (many more to come), two great new supreme court justices … and a whole new and positive attitude about the right to life.”

He added that abortion is going to be a major problem during his re-election campaign.

Donald Trump said, “The radical left, with late term abortion (and worse), is imploding on this issue. We must stick together and win for life in 2020.  If we are foolish and do not stay united as one, all of our hard fought gains for life can, and will, rapidly disappear.”

Many Democrats said that abortion is going to be a big issue during the 2020 presidential election.

Elizabeth Warren, a senator from Massachusetts shared her views about the Alabama Law in a tweet, she said,  “This ban is dangerous and exceptionally cruel – and the bill’s authors want to use it to overturn Roe v Wade. I’ve lived in that America and let me tell you: we are not going back – not now, not ever. We will fight this. And we will win.”

When Donald Trump was running for President 2 years ago, a journalist from the New York Times asked him “if he was ever involved with anyone who had an abortion”, President Trump replied with “such an interesting question”.
