The entire incident was caught in a CCTV that was installed near the fences.

The CCTV video above shows the man getting out of a vehicle during night time. The video also shows the man throwing the dogs over the fence, one by one.

In the video, you can also see the dogs hitting the ground and getting up slowly.

The Redlands police said that the man did a good thing that he did not abandon the dogs on the street, but the police said that it is still a crime to throw animals at an animal shelter without informing the staff of the animal shelter.

The Redlands Police Department released an update about the dogs and said, “The dogs were not injured. They are being well cared for and the Redlands Animal Shelter will make every effort to place them with good homes. Please remember that leaving animals unattended outside the shelter is not permitted and endangers the animals.”

The statement added, “Please call Redlands Police Dispatch if you have a stray animal that needs to be picked up when the shelter is closed. Otherwise, animals should be brought in during regular shelter hours for appropriate processing.”

The Redlands Police Department is currently asking everyone from the area to call them and share information with them if they know anything about the owner of the dogs.
