Incest Brothers Who Raped 12-Year-Old Sister And Got Her Pregnant Are Spared Jail

2 brothers who gang-raped their own 12-year-old sister and got her pregnant have been spared prison time because they were feared to be “eaten alive” by people that were already in jail.

The Amish siblings, along with the 2 other brothers, raped the 12-year-old sister, however, they walked out from court without any sentence.

Aaron Schwartz, 22, and Petie Schwartz, 18, the 2 brothers, were given a 10 year suspended prison sentences as part of a plea agreement in Missouri this month.

Despite the horrible charges, the brothers were not charged due to their age.

A plea deal resulted in the brothers getting a 5-year probation sentence.

Ben Berkstresser, a prosecutor in the case, released a statement about the incident, where he mentioned that the brothers could be eaten alive in jail.

He added:

These two young men would’ve been eaten alive in the state prison system… ‘Previously, I’ve been very harsh on the Amish when they’ve been charged with crimes of this nature… In this instance, these two boys are very immature relative to their respective ages. Maturity wise, they are much younger than their age.

According to the prosecutor, the Amish community said that they had inflicted severe punishments on the 2 heartless brothers.

Along with the suspended sentence, the brothers were given 100 hours of community service along with a $250 fine each.

The 2 are also required to write a letter explaining how their children would be protected from abusers like themselves.

The incident came to light after their 12-year-old sister went to the doctor and talk about her pregnancy.

The doctors alerted the authorities right away.

The sister, who is now 13, gave birth to the baby earlier this month.

The 2 brothers were also listed on the Missouri sex offenders’ register for life.
