A heartless pedophile is accused of raping a baby while changing her nappy during bath time just 6 months after he watched her get into this world.

22-year-old Brice Gage Watkins is accused of filming himself sexually assaulting a baby.

She is currently in police custody in San Marcos, Texas.

According to witnesses, they were sent footage of the incident.

The heartless pedophile is currently charged with 3 counts of lewd acts to a child under the age of 12 and 1 count of manufacturing child pornography.

The footage that he took was sent to 2 female friends of the baby’s mother from Watkins’ Facebook account.

Court documents suggest that the video was passed on August 11, 2020.

One of the women recognized the child and the background when she saw the message.

She reported the video to the authorities right away.

A police affidavit suggests the clip showed the 22-year-old accused doing “inappropriate” things to the child.

The exact age of the child was not shared with the public.

The police have interviewed the women that identified the 22-year-old as the man in the video.

Shelby Minnick, who is currently being held in jail on unrelated charges, claims she was also sent the footage.

Shelby said that the 22-year-old pedophile was there to see the birth of the child and added that she was left disgusted when she saw him do such acts on the kid.

She added:

The baby’s mother] became aware of the video from me. I immediately called her. She was out getting us breakfast. I said she needed to get home right now [because] there was something with [her baby] I needed to show her. She started panicking. She got there in about five minutes. I had to show her and that was probably the hardest thing I have ever done. She lost it, bawled, how any mother would act. We then contacted police.

It is reported that there were 5 videos in one recording.

Watkins was arrested by the authorities at a house of an acquaintance after a tip following a huge manhunt was launched.

The Oklahoma Police Department released a statement about the incident, where they said:

You may recall Watkins was wanted for allegedly raping a six-month-old baby, recording it and distributing on social media. Our investigators just learned that fugitive Brice Watkins was taken into custody in San Marcos, Texas. Members of the US Marshals Lone Star Fugitive Task Force received info that he was possibly hiding out at a residence in San Marcos and were able to take him into custody this afternoon. A big thank you to all of you who took the time to share this info. Ultimately, it helped lead to his arrest. Great work by the Marshals and all other investigators involved with this case.
