Amitabh Bachchan Apologies To Dinesh Karthik – Find Out Why

The emotions will be at peaks whenever India is playing cricket against any country. It applies to everyone including celebrities. One such incident happened with Indian megastar actor Amitabh Bachchan during yesterday’s match between Indian and Bangladesh which is a final match in the Nidahas tournament.

In the final over by Soumya Sarkar, Karthik scored six for the last ball when there were 5 runs needed off the last ball. Karthik’s 8 ball 29 runs had won India the tournament.

Bollywood legendary actor Amitabh Bachchan, who is a huge cricket lover too joined the wishes where he wrote, “T 2747 – INDIA WINS !! T20 in the TRI championship VS Bangladesh .. what a thriller .. BD had us on the ropes .. and Dinesh Kartik, you beauty .. a brilliant knock .. 24 needed in last 2 overs .. 5 runs and 1 ball left and he hits a 6 ! INCREDIBLE ! CONGRATULATIONS !!”

However, Big B made an error in the tweet he made. He said that India needs 34 runs to win of the last 12 balls and not 24.

Dinesh Karthik later took to Instagram, and said, “Probably one of the best nights of my life. Nothing comes close to crossing the finish line for your country,” Karthik wrote on Instagram in a pic posted on the social media platform.

Mustafizur Rahman’s 18th over was crucial in the game as he gave only one run in that over. In that over, Mustafizur also claimed the wicket of Manish Pandy, who was playing well sticking to the crease and was looking hopeful for India and dangerous for Bangladesh. The happiness of Bangladesh did not last long as Dinesh Karthik destroyed the bowling in the next two overs of the match with his blistering innings.

As the players started rushing on to the field, the stand-in skipper Rohit Sharma could not watch the last ball going for six from the bat of Dinesh Karthik.
