India Loses World Cup Finals, But Twitterati Praises The Team For Their Ultimate Efforts Against England
Breaking all the possible barriers, it is the combined efforts of both the bowlers and batsmen that brought Team India into the World Cup finals, for the first time ever. With the series of victories against the toughest teams like Australia, Indian women cricketers have garnered all the glory standing as the country’s pride for all good reasons.
It seems that Indian Women’s team has prepared for the toughest in the World Cup finals. With the very consistency in clinching wickets of the English, Indian bowlers have successfully resisted the valiant rivals, who were title favorites for their unprecedented winnings during all these years. And post the bowlers’ success, it was batsmen’s job to put the game on track and clinch the finals.
Though both did their best, somehow, the first three wickets are quite crucial and despite the ultimate efforts of the same, we somehow lost the match at an edgy difference.
And on the whole, there’s no good reason to blame TeamIndia, because it was all good, the way they played the game. It was truly worth watching to see Indian Women star for the first time in the finals.
With Poonam Raut’s 86 and Harmanpreet Kaur’s 51, the match sounded much hopeful, but post the Raut’s wicket, it was absolutely doubtful. Dragging the score from 200, the last few batsman struggled in baiting more runs from the English bowlers. However, by the end, English team restricted Team India to 219 with clinching all the wickets.
To everyone’s good, netizens obviously praised Indian players for their esteemed and unpredicted form, just like this positive note, there are people who obviously trolled the players. Check out how Twitter has reacted:

Check out other tweets in which netizens targeted the Indian players and trolled them, however, in most of the cases, it was Smriti Mandhana, the one on whom people have turned up with so many expectations.
