Jonty Rhodes Shares A Cute Pic Of His Children Nathan Jon And Daughter India With MS Dhoni
With the 3-match Test series between India and South Africa drawing to a close, the two sides will compete in the limited-overs series. And guess what, Mahi is back in the Indian team. MS Dhoni, who retired from the longest format in 2014, is still a part of the ODI and T20I squad and traveled to South Africa on Thursday to join the team in the overseas tour.
While he was on board on the flight, he met former South African cricketer Jonty Rhodes who was also flying with him to South Africa. The adorable kids of Rhodes caught his attention and he instantly took the little one of the two in his arms.
Jonty Rhodes shares a strong bond with India. He visits India quite often and feels it as his second home. He was associated with Mumbai Indians franchise for almost a decade as fielding coach and he even named his daughter India, who was born in Mumbai.
Recently, Jonty was on an all-around trip of India with his family and has visited places like Rajasthan, Punjab, and Uttarakhand. Jonty, while traveling, he kept posting pictures from his adventures in India. He had shared a pic of his daughter India feeding a calf. He had also shared a pic of himself drinking a lassi from Jaipur Lassiwala.
As Jonty completed his India trip and returning to his home country, he had a special passenger on board and he is former Indian skipper MS Dhoni. The Indian team for limited-overs cricket left for South Africa. Dhoni was captured chatting with Rhodes’ children, son Nathan Jon and daughter India.
Jonty even shared the picture on Twitter with a caption, “There are always feelings of concern when family leaves after 2 incredible months together, but I need not have feared; as they were in safe hands @msdhoni getting some advice from India and Nathan Jon on how to play in SA – he told them “mujhe pata hai” #SAvIND dhanyavaad Mahi”

However, Jonty is no more the coach of the Mumbai Indians and looking by the picture above, we get a hint that Rhodes might well come back in IPL as the coach of the Chennai Super Kings. CSK has already retained MS Dhoni.
