Punjab CM Offers DSP Job To Harmanpreet Kaur, Check Out The Cash Prize Amount Given To Her
It all started after India’s astounding victory against Australia being on one side, Vice Captain Harmanpreet Kaur was the real star of the day, she gracefully stole the glare of the people, added charisma to the whole crowd bagging some incredible runs for Team India, It was her back to back shots that glittered the environment of the match from grim.
She now garnered amusing scores for the Indian team at the critical times, in three consecutive matches, she managed to get 60, 171, and 51 runs for India. In spite all of that, it was that moment after the 42 overs was just unforgettable, as she walks off to the pavilion, she received a glorious standing ovation. The entire ground rose as one to applaud what has been the knock of a lifetime. You cannot ask for more, can you? She ends up as the fifth highest run-scorer in the list of all-time highest scorers in ODI cricket.
She is now on trending on Twitter for every rightful reason. Being the ardent fan of former Indian cricketer Virender Sehwag, there are many interesting and unknown facts about the Punjabi player who has won the hearts of every cricket buff, roping in new hope for the Indian Women’s team.
Now, after her impeccable glory at the International matches, it appeared that Punjab’s Chief Minister Amarinder Singh, is well impressed, he congratulated the star batswoman with a cash reward of Rs 5 lacs for her excellent knock under pressure. It was on the back of her blazing innings that India qualified for the finals of the World Cup after a gap of 12 years. Though the Women in Blue could not bring the World Cup home, they received a lot of support and respect for their brave campaign in the finals.
In addition to that, the CM also granted a DSP job for the player. He even shared the news on Twitter.
Proud of @ImHarmanpreet, they gave an excellent fight to England in the World Cup final, would be happy to appoint her DSP if she desires.

Surprisingly, back then in 2011, the Punjab Government rejected Kaur’s application for the Police job even though she had two years of experience as Indian Cricketers. It must be quite glad for her, as the same Govt has itself granted the job.
