Team India is the only team from Asia that is currently in the World Cup 2019 Semi-Finals, and the team is getting love from its neighboring countries.

Shoaib Akhtar, the fast bowler for Pakistan’s Cricket Team, said that India will win the world cup and will keep the trophy I the continent.

Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and Afghanistan were the other teams from Asia that got into the Cricket World Cup 2019, but they have been ruled out from the tournament after they failed to qualify for the semi-finals round.

India will be facing New Zealand in the first semi-finals match in Manchester. The match will be played on July 9, 2019.

In his YouTube Channel, Shoaib Akhtar said, “New Zealand can’t take the pressure. I hope they don’t choke this time. But I really want the World Cup to stay in the subcontinent and I think, I will back India all the way.”

Akhtar also mentioned Rohit Sharma in his video, he said, “Rohit Sharma has great timing and shot selection. His understanding of the game is also superb. K.L. Rahul also got his ton which is a good thing”.

Rohit Sharma has been playing outstanding in the World Cup 2019, he has scored 5 centuries in the tournament and recorded his fifth against Sri Lanka, which was their last game of the first round of the tournament.

Rohit scored 103 runs in the match and helped team India win their seventh win in the tournament and helped them earn the first spot in the points table.

India finished the tournament with 15 points and was first in the points table, Australia was at the second place with 14 points, England at the third place with 12 points, and New Zealand at the fourth place with 11 points.
