RPS’ Coach Stephen Fleming Wears A Suit On IPL Finale And Here’s The Reason Behind This
Cameras, eyes, and ears were on the grand finale. Everything that people in the stands wears is news, it is in general expected that coaches come to the stands in their team’s jerseys and it wasn’t same with RPS’ coach Stephe Fleming. As people were busy watching their Mumbai Indians and Rising Pune Supergiant players, this former New Zealand opener grabbed all the eyeballs as he was sporting the dapper look while wearing a suit instead of the team apparel.
It is pretty well known that the Supergiant turned their fortunes around this season after a dismal show in the last season of IPL. The agitated owners made quite of few bold moves by removing MS Dhoni as captain and handed over the captaincy to Australian skipper Steve Smith. However, the team was desperate to win so much so that the reserve-natured Fleming, who previously coached IPL giants Chennai Super Kings, made a one of a kind deal with his team.
During the first half of the game as his team was out bowling, Fleming was seen sitting in the dugout in a suit while benched players the likes of Ashok Dinda were having fun.

Stephen surprised the viewers by coming down there in a black fine suit. Apparently, the Kiwi made a deal with the players during the course of the tournament, that if the team enters the final of the IPL this season, Fleming would appear in a suit.
This assumption became pretty clear after Holding Willey tweeted the actual reason whole situation.
Apparently, Stephen Flemming made a bet with his players that he will wear a suit if the team reaches the finals! #RPSvMI #IPL
