RPS Skipper Steve Smith Keeps An Eye On MS Dhoni Shots From Distance, Here’s How [WATCH VIDEO]
Into the final few league games of the IPL, the fight for the top two spots in the run-up to the playoffs is heating up with Mumbai Indians (MI) and Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) sitting good-looking at the first and second spots respectively. Chasing the big two (3rd and 4th spots) are Rising Pune Supergiant and Sunrisers Hyderabad, who play in the first match on Saturday.
With SRH fourth with 13 and RPS on the third slot with 14 points, the fight is crucial for both teams to replace KKR on the second place in the points table.
However, Smith & Co will be cautious of the fact that none of the visiting teams has managed to conquer the stronghold of the Orange Army in their home.
Meanwhile, RPS team which bounced back from few loses in the beginning of the tournament has now made the track simpler to the playoffs.
Each and every point they acquire is very important for them to qualify for the playoffs. They are one win away from securing a place in Playoffs.
SRH, which has few ups and downs this season is aiming to continue the winning streak at the home ground in Hyderabad. Steve Smith, the Rising Pune Supergiant captain is having a great time leading the team in IPL.
Smith has recently found a new hobby. The Aussie skipper is playing with the drone these days. He uploaded a video on Instagram enjoying flying the drone. Steve Smith has also captured MS Dhoni hitting a six during the practice session.
