At last, team India beat the visiting team England by an innings and 36 runs to win 4th Test and clinch five-Test series by 3-0 margin. With the excellent performance by Indian players with both bat and the ball, they continued their winning streak in the Test Cricket Format and set their top ranking in the Tests.

England had faced a tough task of saving themselves from losing their 3rd defeat in the series against India. Team India had been always on top dominating the visiting team since Day-1. At the start of the fifth and final day’s play, India needed four more wickets to win. But India’s strike bowler Ravichandran Ashwin removed the well-set Jonny Bairstow (51) to push visitors towards the wall.
