The staff of Apple has been told to work from home amidst the coronavirus outbreak.
Tim Cook, the CEO of Apple, advised the employees of the company at most of its global offices to work from home if it is possible.
The new recommendation comes in an attempt to stop the spread of the disease.
Tim called the coronavirus as a challenging moment for everyone.
Because of the coronavirus outbreak in China, the company has reduced its supplies of selling iPhones, which is one of the bestselling devices of the company.
Tim told his staff at locations all over the world to feel free to work remotely if their job allows them.
The memo was first reported by Bloomberg News and was confirmed by The Independent.
The tech giant reportedly encouraged their employees in California and Seattle to work from home if it is possible.
Upon realizing, the company later announced that staff could work from home if they can if they live in the UK, across Europe, Japan, and South Korea.
Apple is working very hard to make sure that the employees that are working in their offices are working in a very safe manner.
Tim reportedly told the employees of the company to wash their hands regularly and avoid touching their faces.
He also told his staff to avoid coming to work if they felt ill.
