10-Year-Old Boy Snatched From Boat And Killed By Killer Crocodile In The Philippines
A 10-year-old boy was killed by a crocodile after it was snatched from a boat in Balabac, Philippines.
10-year-old Milhasan Baracbac was on a small boat with his siblings when the crocodile jumped out of the water and snatched him from the moving boat.
After the incident, the father and other locals started a search party of the boy, but there was no sign of him.
The waters of Balabac is home of a number of large crocodiles.
In a report that was published by the Palawan Daily News, the remains of Milhasan were found 2 days after the incident.
A fisherman passing by a mangrove swamp found the head of the boy and one of his legs.
Locals believe that the remains of the boys were dragged around 90 kilometers from the original attack scene.
Boyet Bonit, a local resident whose brother was killed by a crocodile, said, “We’ve always said, what’s more important, the life of a human or of a crocodile?”
It is reported that the crocodile attack happened on the evening of August 11, 2019.
The boy was traveling as they were trying to buy salt and sugar from a local shop.
