Maryland, USA: A 29-year-old man from Maryland has been accused of sexually abusing a 12-year-old girl on 2 occasions, including a time when the man’s wife was in labor.

29-year-old Luis Perez-Giron is currently facing 2 counts of third-degree offenses.

The charges were placed by the Montgomery County Police Department in Montgomery Village.

The wife of the accused molester is close to the mother of the 12-year-old victim.

According to a report published by the Daily Mail, the first rape attempt happened during a friendly family gathering of the 2 family’s at the house of Perez.

It is reported that Perez went inside a room in their house where the victim was playing with her 2-year-old sister and the son of Perez, who is 5-years-old.

It is reported that Perez sat next to the 12-year-old girl and started to kiss her on her neck.

Authorities added that Perez touched the breasts and the genitalia of the 12-year-old girl.

An official court charge sheet said:

After sexually assaulting the minor, he threatened the victim to not tell her mother about what happened.

He told the girl “he would come to her house and hurt her family.”

The second incident was on May 8, where the accused sexually molested the victim in her own house, while her wife went into labor.

29-year-old Perez arrived at the house of the 12-year-old girl when her wife went into labor.

The 12-year-old girl was home alone at the time and was scared of Perez.

The 12-year-old girl locked herself in one of the bathrooms of the house when she saw Perez entering the house.

As time passed by, the 12-year-old girl left the bathroom as she thought Perez left the house, but Perez was inside the house and forced the 12-year-old girl to a couch where he started to touch her breasts and tried to remove her pants.

The 12-year-old girl managed to escape the first sexually abuse of Perez and locked herself in the bathroom again.

The girl then tried to leave the bathroom again after she thought Perez left the house.

But Perez was hiding in a closet and attacked the girl.

He pushed the victim and she fell, which caused a slice on her hand.

29-year-old Perez then pulled the 12-year-old girl to the couch and ripped her shirt off and started to touch her breasts again.

He then tried to remove her pants, but the victim managed to fight Perez off.

Perez then told the girl not to tell anyone about the incident.

Before leaving the house, Perez allegedly told the 12-year-old girl that he was “going to rape her when she turned 13-years-old”.

This is not the first time Perez has been arrested by the police.

In 2017, the police arrested him for a first-degree assault, second-degree assault, and resisting arrest and public intoxication.

29-year-old Perez is a Guatemalan native who was working as a mechanic before he got arrested by the police. He is the father of 3 children.

If Perez is found guilty in the charges, he will be facing 20 years in Jail.

He is currently held without a bond.

The lawyer of Perez, Esteban Gergely, said that Perez denies the allegations that were placed against him.

The preliminary court hearing of Perez is set for September 6, 2019, at the Montgomery County District Court.
