A Chinese woman from Zhumadian in central China’s Henan Province, allegedly stabbed her boyfriend to death by using a pair of scissors after he called her fat and would not allow her to eat ice cream.

Local news agencies and eyewitnesses said that the boyfriend called the woman fat and wouldn’t allow her to buy ice-cream because she was already obese.

The woman has been arrested by the local police and an investigation is underway.

The incident happened on August 14, 2019, in the Zhumadian City of Henan Province, China.

Wang, the woman, was arrested by the police.

The police said Wang was in an argument with Zhang, her boyfriend when the incident happened.

In a statement that was released by the police on Weibo, a social media platform used in China, the police said the 2 were on a shopping spree when they got into an argument.

Zhang, the boyfriend of Wang, passed away in a hospital after he was rushed there.

Preliminary investigations revealed that the 2 had been in a relationship for just 20 days.

According to an eyewitness, the couple got into an argument after the boyfriend stopped Wang from buying ice cream.

The two got into an argument and Zhang started to shame her.

Wang then went to buy a pair of scissors from a shop and started to stab him in front of everybody.

The entire incident was caught in a CCTV that was installed in an area.

In a released video, you can see Wang standing next to Zhang after the stabbing.

Zhang could be seen lying on the ground with blood all over him.

The police are currently interrogating the girlfriend.
