North Cotabato: A water buffalo was raped by a drunk Filipino man 2 weeks ago, officials said that the man was seen by two women.

The carabao (Water Buffalo) was owned by a neighbor of the two women in a village in Midsayap, North Cotabato.

The two women, who were not named due to security reasons, said that the water buffalo did not even run away when it was being raped by the drunk man.

The two women added that they called out their neighbors right away when they saw the man raping the helpless water buffalo.

Officials said that the man could return again and do the same thing again.

The members of the Barangay Peacekeeping Action Team are currently patrolling the area during night times.

Officials are also trying to detain the man.
