Drunk White Driver Who Said She Was “Too Pretty” For Jail Will Not Be Jailed

A drunk woman who told the police that she was too pretty to go to jail after she caught driving around double the legal limit, will not spend time in prison.

The woman told the cops that she is white, did well in school, was a former cheerleader, and was too pretty for jail, to those cops who pulled her over.

She was pulled over the police in South Carolina, and after striking a plea deal, the woman will not spend any time in jail.

Lauren Cutshaw, the drunk woman, was stopped by the police near Bluffton last month and was tested to see if she was drunk.

Lauren failed the breathalyzer test.

The police stopped her after they saw her over speeding and after she ran through a stop sign at 60 miles per hour at 1:45 am.

According to the police report that was filed after her arrest, Lauren claimed she only had 2 glasses of wine, but her blood-alcohol level was .18, which is double than the legal limit.

But what shocked the officers is when the 34-year-old woman started to bring her race and background.

The woman said she was a “clean, thoroughbred, white girl, and a white clean girl.”

The woman also mentioned that she had perfect grades and was a member of the National Honor Society, which is an American Organization for high-achieving students.

She told the officers, “I don’t want to know what it’s like. I’m a pretty girl, please don’t make me go there.”

At the end of her “talking”, the officers asked her “what that had to do with anything?”

She replied, “You’re a cop – you should know what that means… you should know that based upon people that come into this room.”

Lauren managed to strike in a plea bargain, in which she avoided time in jail.

She had to pay a fine of $187 and admitted that she was drunk when she was driving the car.

Possession of Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia charges were also dropped.

For her rehab, she was asked to complete the South Carolina Alcohol and Drug Safety Program.
