A father from Georgia, USA, is currently facing assault charges after he beat up a 20-year-old man that was inside the room of his 14-year-old daughter.

41-year-old Ismael Casillas, the father, brutally beaten up Keywontrezes Humphries and broke some of his teeth.

The incident happened on July 4, 2020.

It is said that the father knocked out the young man unconscious and choked him at his house in Coweta County.

The father is currently facing a charge of aggravated assault.

The sheriff’s office said that the father would not allow Humphries to leave the house, which is why they have to press charges.

Humphries, the victim of the attack, is accused of child molestation and having a sexual relationship with the 14-year-old girl.

Things got out of hand when the father asked his wife to bring him his gun.

Humphries legged out the bedroom window to escape the father, who reportedly fired shots at him as he ran out of his front yard.

Scott Kilgore, an investigator, said:

There is a line that he can’t cross, we can’t cross, when somebody is no longer a threat to you. My advice would be let it go and contact us and let us handle it. Don’t take it into your own hands.

Kristy Michelle Casillas, the wife of the husband, said that Humphries met her daughter while playing games on the internet.

He decided to drive 2 hours to meet the girl at their house.

The wife added:

She is not innocent either but he was 20 and she was 14, she is not mature enough to understand what she did.
