A fisherman was left horrified, shocked, and amazed after he caught an extremely weird-looking creature from the Atlantic Ocean.

The fisherman caught a 3-legged creature with a bulbous-head along with a huge mouth.

The fisherman reportedly caught the weird-looking fish off the Coney Island in Brooklyn.

A video of the incident shows the sea monster writhing around on the decking of a fishing boat as it twists its octopus-like tentacles.

The fisherman can be heard in the video saying, “What the hell, what is that? Mom!”

He added, “Mom, do you see this?”

The bizarre rare looking creature has slits on its gills, which appear to stare down the camera like eyes.

After the mother came to see what happened, the mother can be heard saying, “Holy s**t! What the hell is that?”

The fisherman, not knowing what happened, replied, “What is happening?”

The video of the weird-looking fish was shared on TikTok by Natalia Vorobok.

At the time of the writing of the video, the video had over 1.4 million likes.

People that saw the video were asking about what the hell the creature is.

A user told the fisherman to place the fish back in the water.
