Heartbreaking Photograph Shows Young Girl Being Comforted By Her Brother As She Sits By The Side Of Her Other Brother’s Grave

Heartbreaking photograph shows a young girl being comforted by her brother as she was sitting by the grave of her older brother, who stabbed to death.

7-year-old Olivia was in tears when her 23-year-old brother, Kyle Thompson, came to her and told her that their brother Tyler is in a safe place.

Tyler, the brother.

Tyler was stabbed to death in 2015 when he was just 16-years-old.

19-year-old Pravadit Sian, the killer, was sentenced to serve 9-years in jail for pleading guilty in manslaughter.

Amy Morgan, the mother of the kids, shared the heartbreaking photograph to show the reality of crime and how it affects as family.

During her interview with the Mirror, Amy asked, “How is this OK? This is so wrong.”

She added, “This is the raw grief we’ve been through. How do you explain to a little girl that her brother is six feet under the ground in a coffin. You can’t, can you? We’ve told Olivia that Tyler has gone to heaven and is in the clouds. In the picture Kyle is just trying to comfort her and explain that nobody can hurt Tyler any more and that he’s in a safe place.”

She continued, “Obviously, she’s just devastated. We all are. It doesn’t matter how long it has been it still gets you like it was the first day. If you go out armed with a knife this is the end result.”

Amy, the mother, wants the people to know the aftermath of killing someone.

She hopes people would think twice about carrying a knife.

She continued, “To anyone thinking of going out with a knife look at this image of my kids at Tyler’s grave. That’s what you don’t see. You don’t see the affects of what you’re going to do. You don’t smell the body of the person you have stabbed rotting in the coffin.”

She added, “You don’t have to identify the body or watch your children collapse on the floor where their brother was stabbed to death. It’s horrendous. Tyler was such a lovely lad. I know I’m never going to see him again but every day it goes in my head and I try and change what’s happened.”

Incidents like these break people’s hearts.

May you rest in peace Tyler.
