JK24x7 Journalist Claims He Was Assaulted And Threatened By Salman Khan And His Aides
Ashok S. Pandey, a journalist from the JK24x7 has registered a complaint against Salman Khan, a Bollywood actor, and his two aids for assaulting, threatening, and abusing him on April 24.
Pandey is the head of JK24x7, a news channel. He filed the case in a court in Andheri against Salman Khan, Vijay, and one more person.
Neeraj Gupta, the lawyer of Ashok S. Pandey, said, “The matter will come up for hearing on July 12. At that time, the court will decide whether the police will be directed to conduct an investigation, or issue summons to the accused.”
According to Pandey, he saw Salman Khan cycling on the road with his aides on April 24.
Pandey added that he was driving his car with Sayyed Irfan, his cameraman when he saw Salman Khan on the road.
Pandey then asked the permission from the two aides of Salman Khan to video the actor and said that the aides agreed.
When Salman Khan saw Pandey taking a video of him, his aides stopped them and started to assault him and his cameraman.
Pandey claims that Salman Khan also joined and snatched his smartphone and tried to destroy it.
Pandey also claims that when he was on his way to the D.N. Nagar Police Station so he could file a complaint against the actor, Salman Khan allegedly abused him and tried to delete important files from his phone.
The Journalist filed his first complaint at the D.N. Nagar Police Station, but after 2 months, the police officers of the police station dismissed the case and said that there was no offense in the case.
Pandey also claims that Zohaib, a representative of Salman Khan, called him and told him to resolve the matter.
