Masked Men Shot Journalist In Her Arm While She Was Driving Her Car In Vasundhara Enclave, Delhi
Mitali Chandola, a journalist, was shot by masked men while she was driving her Hyundai i20, in Vasundhra Enclave, Delhi.
Officials said that the incident happened earlier today by 12:30 AM.
The masked men were driving a Marutiz Suzuki Swift.
Before firing shots at her, the men threw eggs at the windshield of her car.
Mitali Chandola is currently admitted to the Dharamshila Hospital in East Delhi, the doctors said that she was shot in her arm.
Chandola is now out of danger and is recovering from her injuries.
Mitali said that she is not in good terms with her family members.
The police did not rule the case as a personal enmity.
Jasmeet Singh, a senior police officer, said, “She has received bullet injuries in her arm. She is out of danger. Prima facie it appears to be a case of family dispute.”
The police are currently trying to find the attackers of Mitali.
