A mother and son that were caught having sex by the man’s wife are now facing 20 years in prison for incest charges.

Tony L Lavoie, who is from Fitchburg, Massachusetts, was caught in the act of having sex with Cheryl Lavoie, his mother, in May this year.

The police were called at the scene after reports of a disturbance were reported.

The police were greeted by a cousin of the wife of Tony.

The cousin told the police officer that the wife of Tony had called her about walking in on her husband having sex with his mother before calling 911.

The police then spoke to the mother and son about the sexual relationship that they had.

They said it was the first time the mother and son had sex with each other.

The police officer said that Tony said it just happened.

Tony then told the police officer that he wanted treatment for what had happened earlier in their house.

The police asked the same question with Cheryl, she confirmed the sexual relationship.

The mother said that it happened after they began kissing and got closer with each other in the past couple of months.

After talking to everyone that were involved, the police officer said there was enough evidence to charge the mother and son with incest.

On August 20, 2020, they were given a summon to appear in a court with a felony.

The 2 pleaded not guilty, said court records.

The duo will return on October 27, 2020 for a pretrial.

Anyone who is convicted of incest can face up to 20 years in prison.
