Mysterious Monolith That Appeared In Romania Has Vanished

This year is getting weirder and weirder.

A mysterious monolith that appeared in Romania has vanished and experts from all over the world are left baffled.

First, a monolith appeared in Utah, then it disappeared, and recently it appeared out of nowhere in Romania, and now, it has disappeared too!

Locals found the monolith on Doamnei Hill in the city of Piatra Neamţ, situated in Romania’s north-eastern Neamţ County.

The discovery was made on November 26, 2020.

However, the monolith, which is just like the one that was found in Utah, USA, disappeared without a trace.

The Romanian structure was spotted near a historic landmark, which is known as the Petrodava Dacian Fortress.

One day after making headlines across the world, the monolith disappeared.

The one that was found in the United States of America disappeared a couple of days after it was found by a military man.

Robert Iosub, a journalist with the Ziar Piatra Neamt local newspaper, saw the monolith and said that the size of the structure is quite big.

Iosub was interviewed by Reuters, and during their talk he said:

The 2.8 metre (9ft) tall structure disappeared overnight as quietly as it was erected last week. An unidentified person, apparently a bad local welder, made it… now all that remains is just a small hole covered by rocky soil.

An official investigation has also been launched for the structure that was found in Romania.

Georgiana Mosu, a spokeswoman for the Piatra Neamt Police, released a statement about the structure and said that they are currently carrying out an investigation.

The monolith that was found in Romania is identical to the one that was found in Utah.

It currently stands roughly 13q feet tall and has a silver-tone body structure.
