Ogden, Utah: A man from the United States of America is currently facing a felony distribution charge after he was spotted printing pornographic content at a Walmart photo center.

The incident, which happened on May 28, 2020, saw a man printing pornographic images at the Walmart Photo Center at 20th Street and Wall Avenue.

Witnesses complained to Walmart Loss Prevention.

The suspect was later identified as 22-year-old John Hughes.

The images that were being printed by Hughes reportedly belonged to underage females, but Hughes denies this.

Authorities used surveillance footage to identify the man.

He had notable tattoos, which helped the police identify him.

Hughes was arrested by the police on July 19, 2020.

The suspect admitted that he was printing the images, when asked why, he said he did it so he could “send it to the homies who were locked up.”

Hughes denied that the images were of underage females.

The man is currently facing a third-degree felony charge the distribution of pornographic material.
