Woman Sprays Walmart Cashier In Eyes With Lysol Disinfectant After Being Told About Purchase Limit

A woman reportedly sprayed the eyes of a Walmart employee in Massachusetts with a Lysol disinfectant after she was told that there was a limit on the number of cans of the cleaning agent she could purchase in the store.

The Leicester Police Department said the incident happened at the Walmart Supercenter in Leicester on March 27, 2020.

In the statement that was released by the police, they said that a cashier of the supermarket told the woman that there was a limit on the number of Lysol disinfectant cans she could buy.

The woman is suspected of responding by spraying the employee in the eyes with the liquid.

The statement added, “She then completed her purchase and left in what is believed to have been an Uber.”

The assault required emergency services to arrive at the scene.
