It has been a while that the ugly fiasco between the two comedy legendaries Sunil Grover and Kapil Sharma has ended. Unfortunately, there’s no fair end, as the former deserted the Kapil’s show deliberately. People now assumed that there’s a sigh of relief and waiving off such opinions, here’s an incident that once again roped in some legal issues to Sunil’s career.

However, there’s no going back for Sunil, though he left Kapil’s show, because, the whole country has witnessed his priceless sense of humor. And, this clinched in many opportunities to Sunil, now that he has become busy with the live shows that are actually getting a fine response.

But, it seems that Sunil’s career is not going on fine terms from past couple of days, as an event manager from Ahmedabad has files cases against him on regarding the criminal offense and cheating charges.

Coming to the details, sources claim that on 27th of May, Sunil promised to perform in Ahmedabad but a week before it; a new legal trouble has blocked his way. Rajpal Shah, an event organizer in Ahmedabad has lodged a complaint against Sunil Grover and his show organizer Devang Shah.

Rajpal Shah then claimed that Grover’s manager and Devang made promises of organizing Sunil Grover’s live show on 27th of May but backed out at the last moment and breached the contract. He further adds that now, Sunil is performing at a similar event in Ahmedabad but at some other location because they are paying him more.

Meanwhile, Devang Shah has a completely different version of the story, he says that they had taken an advance of Rs 10 lakhs from Rajpal Shah but returned the same to him because the show couldn’t be organized due to Grover’s tight schedule for the whole month.

Devang was quoted saying “We keep on getting 4-5 inquiries for one specific date regarding Sunil’s performances in India as well as abroad. In this case, we were not keen on doing the event on May 27 due to another concert happening on the same day. Rajpal Shah also enquired for the possibility of May 20, which couldn’t be worked out due to Sunil’s tight schedule. I returned him the advance amount of `10 lakh. So there’s no case of cheating and I have all the bank statements which I can present for the same.”

Whatever it is, one has wait to acknowledge the authenticated proofs before concluding with anything.
