And now again, the Canadian pop star Justin Bieber faced a severe backlash from China recently even before his concert.

Currently, JB is on Purpose World Tour and now he is scheduled to perform in Asia. He will have shows in Philippines, Singapore, Hong Kong, Indonesia and Japan but his fans in China won’t be able to see him perform live.

Yes, Justin Bieber may have a good fan following in China but he won’t be able to perform in China as the Chinese government has taken a decision to ban the pop star from performing in the country. Yes, you heard it right! And the reason behind this will make go crazy!

Want to know what the actual reason is?

Ok then! It’s all about that the Chinese government thinks that he has a tendency to attract controversies but at the same time, the Chinese government accepts that he is a talented singer.

According to the Beijing’s culture bureau, the pop star has been in news for being on the wrong side of the law for quite a few times including the drunken drag racing incident in yellow Lamborghini.

The bureau said, Justin Bieber is a gifted singer, but he is also a controversial young foreign singer, while answering a fan who demanded an explanation on the matter of banning Justin in China.

The bureau also said,

As far as we are concerned, he has engaged in a series of bad behaviours, both in his social life and during a previous performance in China, which caused discontent among the public.

The bureau didn’t exactly specify what type of behavior by Justin is responsible for this action but it said that the decision was taken as an attempt to “purify” the performing arts in China.

Moreover, Justin has been to China in 2013 for his Believe tour and got criticized as he was seen being carried by his bodyguards when he visited the Great Wall of China.
