The State Board of Technical Education and Training, Andhra Pradesh (SBTET AP) declared AP POLYCET 2016 Results on 6th May 2016. Students who will qualify in the POLYCET examination are eligible for the admissions into Diploma level programmes conducted in the Government, aided, Private unaided polytechnic and polytechnics run in existing Private unaided Engineering Colleges in Andhra Pradesh. AP POLYCET Results 2016:

The Director of Public Instruction (D.P.I.) used to head the Technical Education also at the time of formation of Andhra Pradesh. To help speed up the process of development of Technical Education, a Board in the name and style of “STATE BOARD OF TECHNICAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING” was created vide G.O.Ms.No.371 Edn-dated 26.2.1957. The Joint Director (Technical Education) of DPI used to act as secretary of this newly formed Board. Every year it conducts POLYCET examination. This year it has released notification for the AP CEEP exam and the candidates who had appeared for the exam can check the results from the official website.
