2 men were fined by the Vietnamese police after they were filmed showering while riding a motorbike in southern Vietnam.
23-year-old Huynh Thanh Khanh and his friend were caught on cam riding without shirts and taking a bath in Binh Duong, a province in Southern Vietnam.

The man sitting on the back seat is then seen pouring water from the bucket on himself and the person that is driving the motorbike.
Not only that, but the driver of the motorbike also has a crate of beer in his lap.
After the video went viral on Facebook, people started to criticize their actions.
The police were later performed about the incident.
The police traced the 2 men through the license plate, which was visible in the video.
The police in Binh Duong’s Dau Tieng District said Khanh was the person that was driving the motorbike in the video.
He was summoned for questioning.
Khanh and his friend, whose identity was not shared with the public, were fined for a number of traffic violations, which includes driving and riding a motorbike without helmets.
Not only Khanh and his friend, but the person that owned the motorbike was also asked to pay a fine for lending the motorbike to an unqualified driver.
