ARMY ORDNANCE CORPS:

The Army Ordnance Corps (abbreviated as AOC) is an active corps of the Indian Army and a major formation responsible for providing material and logistical support to the Indian Army during war and peace. The history of the Ordnance Corps dates back to the 18th century, which makes it one of the oldest formations of the Indian Army.

ABOUT RECRUITMENT: the army ordnance corps invited the candidates for the recruitment of 818 posts of the group – c. many interested and eligible candidates have applied for the recruitment. The application process was held online only. The candidates have submitted application forms on and before January 10^th 2018. The candidates applied for the examination can be updated by notification released on the official website.

ABOUT EXAM: first the PET/ PST/ Skill test, then the written exam will be conducted and the date of examination will be notified to the candidates through the official website.

EXAM PATTERN:

The written exam pattern will have:

1. The physical/ practical/ skill test will be in qualifying nature.
2. The exam will be in objective type i.e multiple choice questions.
3. The exam will be for 150 marks/ questions.
4. The duration of the exam is for 2 hours.
5. The questions will be both in Hindi and English.

Note: there will be no negative marking.

ADMIT CARDS: all the applied candidates must download their admit cards or hall tickets. The admit cards will be soon available on the official website of army ordnance corps and also from the link given below. The candidates are advised to recheck and download the hall ticket. The candidates will not be allowed into the examination hall in the absence of hall ticket. So, all the candidates can download the hall tickets before 15 days from the date of examination.

3. Enter the application number along with other required details and submit.
