Xavier Aptitude Test registration process has begun for the year 2018 on 16^th August as announced at XLRI Jamshedpur. The application process will continue till 30^th November 2018. XLRI will conduct the XAT on behalf of Xavier Association of Management Institutes and will conduct the XAT exam every year. XAT 2017 Notification:

The Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT) is a national level aptitude test conducted in India by XLRI (formerly known as Xavier Labour Relations Institute), a business school in Jamshedpur in the state of Jharkhand in India, as an entrance test for its and other highly reputed institutes, including Xavier Institute of Management and Goa Institute of Management programs. After CAT examination, XAT is one of the toughest examination for admission to management programs. This year XLRI released the notification for the XAT 2017. Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

The applicants should have to possess a bachelor degree for of 3 years, he/she should belong to Indian nationality. If a candidate is an NRI and Foreign Nationals the admission process will depend upon the basis of GMAT scores.  Even the candidates from final year and last semester also can apply for XAT 2018.

Application Fee:

Candidates should pay Rs. 1650/- for the registration process and if candidates seek admission in XLRI they should have to pay Rs. 300/-. The fee for late registration for XAT exam will be Rs. 2000/- while candidates attending the XLRI should have to pay an extra amount of Rs. 500/-.

Important Dates:

The admit cards for the examination will be available on the official website from 20^th December 2017. The XAT exam will be conducted on 7^th January 2018. This exam will be conducted across India in 47 cities along with 2 international cities like Kathmandu and Dubai.

Exam Pattern:

The exam is conducted in 5 sections such as Quantitative Ability, English Language and Logical Reasoning, Decision making, General Knowledge and finally Essay writing. The XAT result will be declared in last week of January 2018.
