This Man Tweeted To Railway Ministry For Diapers & Twitter Gave Him An Epic Reply
Now-a-days, especially two ministers from Modi government have been impressing people with their interactive and effective manner of helping out people.
Mainly, twitter has become a vehicle for External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj and Railway Minister Suresh Prabhu to know about people’s problems and reassure them, as it has also led to their rising popularity with people praising them on the social media site.
Earlier, responding promptly to a tweet, Railway Minister Suresh Prabhu helped a child traveling in a train delayed by fog, ensuring that the five-year-old was provided with milk and biscuits by the railway authorities.
But in an off the track incident, a Twitter user tweeted to Railway Ministry asking for a diaper for his little daughter.
Prabhakar S Jha tweeted to Railway Minister Suresh Prabhu, Railway Ministry of India saying that he is travelling with his little girl and needs a diaper.
Even as the railway ministry was quick to ask for his PNR and help out, other users started bashing him and said that he was being careless and was misusing the service.
But, twitterati immediately bashed him for misusing the service and being careless. However, the Railway Ministry responded asking him his PNR and other journey details so that they can assist him.
Twitter trashed him for being negligent and unreasonable . .

Is this model of customer service scaleable? Should Railways focus on being an efficient, convenient & safe transport or on being nanny? pic.twitter.com/q026CENI0k

@RailMinIndia Try to separate genuine requests from freeloader requests. This ? @jhaprabhakar is a freeloader. Did he forget his smartphone?

This isn’t the first time someone asked for a diaper on a train, nor is it a new thing for people to bash others on social media, but was asking for a diaper for a child to maintain her health and hygiene on a train really too much?
