[Video] West Indies Bowler Kenneth Benjamin Plays A Prank On Batsman And Umpire
Former West Indies fast bowler Benjamin made everyone laugh while he was about to bowl in 5th test between West Indies vs. England in 1995. He is seen steaming in to bowl to England’s Michael Watkinson, but as he reaches his delivery stride, he stops right next to the umpire with his empty arms in the air, showing that he doesn’t have a ball in his hands.
Then the umpire Cyril Mitchley realized that he hadn’t handed over the ball to the bowler. He then stake out the ball from his pocket and hand it over to Benjamin. It was all smiles for the umpire Mitchley and Benjamin after the incident.
