A video footage has captured the heartwarming moment when a little girl was so excited to be reunited with her soldier dad that she ran up to give him a hug, interrupting the service. This is probably the sweetest thing you can ever witness.

In October 2015, some 300 soldiers deployed overseas were welcomed home to Fort Carson. One little girl couldn’t hold back her excitement when she spotted her dad after his eight-month deployment. She couldn’t wait until the welcome home ceremony was over to hug her dad. She ran out during the middle of the ceremony and gave her dad a hug. The soldier dad may have still been in the formation, but bent down to hug and kiss his little girl making the moment even more heartwarming. Then she ran back across the auditorium to wait with the rest of her family.
